Opono

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Overview

Opono is a mobile spatial puzzle game for Android and iOS. The game does not require an account, does not ask for a name or email address, and is designed so gameplay, progress, hints, and offline access do not depend on analytics or crash reporting.

Data Opono Collects

In production releases, Opono may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app behavior and reliability. Opono sends a bounded set of app events such as app open, onboarding progress, level starts, level attempt outcomes, daily puzzle outcomes, paywall and restore flow outcomes, and recoverable error outcomes.

Opono's custom analytics events do not include names, email addresses, account IDs, precise location, advertising IDs, raw touch paths, board coordinates, level JSON, save contents, screenshots, purchase price, currency, receipts, transaction IDs, or store account data.

Firebase Provider Data

Firebase may process provider-defined installation identifiers, automatic app events, app and OS version, device category or model, language, coarse geography derived during processing, crash metadata, and diagnostic information needed for Analytics and Crashlytics. Opono uses this information for product learning and reliability, not for advertising or personalized marketing.

Purchases

Optional purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Opono stores only the local entitlement needed to unlock purchased content and restore access. The platform store remains responsible for payment processing, refunds, receipts, tax, settlement, and account level transaction records.

Data Sharing

Opono uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics as service providers for analytics and reliability. Opono does not sell personal data, does not link analytics to advertising, and does not create marketing audiences.

Retention

Firebase Analytics retention is configured to the shortest supported retention setting available to the project. Crash reports are retained according to Firebase Crashlytics retention behavior. Longer-lived product findings are kept only as aggregate notes, without raw event identifiers, stack traces, or small-cohort details.

Children

Opono is family-friendly and designed for a general audience, but it is not an account-based service directed only to children. If a store, region, or audience requires additional privacy controls, those controls must be completed before distributing Opono there.
